How We Can Help You Get Back On Track:

  • Fuelling Your Body For High Levels Of Performance: Learn what changes to make to your diet so that you can recover quickly from exercise and be able to perform at a high level of fitness.
  • Stay Motivated & Focused: Every session is different and we use a wide variety of training tools such as Kettlebells, Sandbags, Battling Ropes and much more. All of which are extremely effective at building your fitness levels and keep sessions fun!
  • Progression: This really is the key to your success! We use a form of periodization to design each block of training. This means that every session builds on what you have done in previous sessions keeping you progressing towards your fitness goals. This type of training is excellent for sports conditioning or those that want to achieve a high level of functional fitness.

We offer an extensive range of classes including: Monday’s, Wednesdays & Fridays: 6am, 8am, 9.30am, 5pm,6pm & 7pm. Tuesday’s & Thursday’s: 6am, 9.30am & 6pm. Saturday’s: 7am, 8am & 9am.
